How it works

Over a two-week sprint, there are three key steps that Kirsten and Killian will follow:


  • Stage one:  Focus the scope (Days 1-3)

    We kick off with rapid research and diagnostic tools to strip away the noise and find out where your real opportunities hide.

  • Stage two:  The deep-dive workshop (Day 4)

    A half-day intensive workshop with your team. Together, we isolate the two specific activities with the highest growth potential to double your marketing's effectiveness.

  • Stage three: The two-week sprint (Days 5–14)

    No theoretical slide decks. We spend two weeks building the actual assets, frameworks, and resources your team needs to execute immediately.
